"Delivery was actually faster than I expected"
My order showed up quickly, actually, and everything was packed just fine. The tracking updated along the way too, so I didn’t have any issues with the delivery.

For the price, this was better than I expected. The wool feels nice and the quality seems solid. I don’t have the patience to hunt around forever comparing options, so I’m glad this turned out to be a good buy.

"Before I can really decide if..."
Before I can really decide if something is worth buying, I need the basic product details laid out clearly. That just seems like common sense. I’m not asking for anything fancy, just honest info about what it is, how it works, and what to expect so I can make a fair choice.

"Fits just right, what more could I ask for?"
It fit me perfectly, and the size chart made it really easy to pick the right one. No issues at all, when something actually fits the way it’s supposed to, isn’t that the best?

"Customer service was okay, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to woolmandu.com about my order because I hadn’t gotten any updates for a few days. They were polite when they replied, but it did take longer than I expected, and I had to send a follow-up just to check what was going on.
They did get it sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. It was just not the smoothest either. I think it would be a lot better if they responded a bit faster and gave clearer updates along the way.
